Khelab XYZ Terms & Conditions — Member Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Terms

Khelab xyz (khelabxyz.net) is an online gaming and betting platform serving members in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between khelab xyz and its members.

2 Account Registration

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Accepted deposit methods at khelab xyz include Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and select bank transfers. Payments made through any other method will not be accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 15 minutes.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• If you experience any issues with a deposit, contact support with your payment reference number.
• Khelab xyz does not charge any deposit fees — however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to withdrawals from khelab xyz:

• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–48 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Khelab xyz may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Khelab xyz offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each offer has its own terms, detailed on the relevant promotions page.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• If the terms of any promotional offer are unclear, please contact support.
• Khelab xyz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on khelab xyz:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the outcome of that bet will be determined once the issue is resolved.
• Khelab xyz reserves the right to investigate any disputed game outcome.
• For Sports Betting, official results are considered final.
• Any fraudulent bet detected will be voided and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

All games on khelab xyz are powered by licensed software providers, and every outcome is guaranteed by independent RNG technology.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on khelab xyz. Any member found engaging in them will have their account immediately closed:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch or bug.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Behaving rudely or disrespectfully toward khelab xyz staff.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Khelab xyz may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Use of a false identity or forged documents.
• Bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.
• No account activity for 6 consecutive months (inactive account).
• As directed by a court order or law enforcement authority.

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
